  1. Bought my A32 in Sept. Oct it starting doing some weird screen stuff…cozmo looking then it would shut off by itself, then power back on within seconds. It would do that 6 times. Then I would enter PIN and be good for a few weeks. I got used to it so when it did the same thing yesterday (12/25) I just laid it down for a few minutes to let it ‘do its thing’, but after a few minutes, when I tried to turn it back on, NOTHING!! No screen, no power, nothing! I even plugged it in to see if the battery somehow died…nothing! Not even the battery charging screen came on. I am at wits end! I have asked everyone I know what I can do, their answer is “get my money back”!
I bought it in Tenn and live in FL. Threw the receipt away.
Any suggestions? I don’t think the back comes off, at least I can’t get it off.

    • I bought one for my wife for Christmas because it could be used to monitor her Glucose levels night and day. Her phone has done the herring bone pattern twice, gone to black screen once and lost the ability to make or receive phone calls numerous times. We can not trust it in a life or death situation.

  4. I bought my galaxy 32 back in Nov after about a week I started having issues with my apps closing on me and when I stream Netflix it buffers alot. I finally did a warranty exchange and still having the same issues except this time I can’t even take pictures without it closing on me. I took it into the store I bought it and the guy reset my network setting and apn but it is still messing up and it is getting worse. I went from revvl 4 to Samsung and I hate to say it but my revvl 4 was better. I’ve always loved Samsung but thinking about switching to Apple after all my issues.
