  1. Hi, I have had loss of network and data on my Redmi 10 Pro since I bought it in October. I tried all your points above and still my problem is not fixed. Turning on and off aeroplane mode fixes the problem short term but I continue to lose network daily. I received a new Redmi 10 Pro during the week and I am having the same problem. I have ordered a new sim card to see if this helps. The sim card I have at the moment works perfect in my old phone. Just not in either of the new redmi 10 Pro phones. Any other advice would be great, thanks.
